Add the image

Choose Ref → Upload file… or Select from assets…. Already have an image in your session? Click Add as Reference beneath it.

Describe the change

Keep the image attached. Say what to change and what to preserve. This example uses Nano Banana 2, 16:9 and Count 1.

Keep the exact cup, silver spoon, camera angle, and coastal window from the reference. Change only the cup glaze from cobalt blue to a rich glossy terracotta orange. Preserve the original shape, steam, lighting, and background. No text.

Press the arrow to generate the edited image. You do not need to paint a mask for this workflow.
