Organize & reuse
Groups & run order
Keep related steps together, then choose exactly which part of a workflow to run.
A frame organizes nodes on the canvas. It does not generate media or connect the nodes for you.
Keep a workflow together
Select the nodes you want to group, then choose Create frame in Actions. Use Select mode to select an area, or hold Ctrl on Windows/Linux or ⌘ on Mac while selecting additional nodes.
- Move the frame to move its contents together.
- Arrange lays out the nodes inside the frame.
- Ungroup removes the frame and keeps its nodes and connections.
- Undo reverses your last canvas change.
Leave room around the cards for their settings, prompts, and connecting curves.
Preview a selection before running it
With nodes selected, open the Workflow tab in the Actions panel and choose Preview order. Check the steps, models, and estimate before starting.
- Brief + image
- Image + video
The order follows the connections, not where the cards sit on the canvas. A video that needs a generated first frame comes after its image step.
Choose Run when the selection and estimate are right. Unselected connected nodes do not automatically join this selection run. Stop stops the remaining queue; a generation already in progress may still finish.
The result appeared, but the counter did not update
The result appeared, but the counter did not update
The completion count can stay at 0/1 even after a new image is ready. Inspect the actual output before running again—you may already have the result.
Pick the smallest useful run
Select a node and open the arrow beside Run in its Prompt Bar. The menu shows the scope and estimate before you choose it. Choosing a menu item starts that run.
| Control | What you are asking Flow to run |
|---|---|
| Run beneath one node | That step only, using its current inputs. |
| Run in the Workflow panel | The runnable nodes in your selection, in dependency order. |
| Run from here | The current node and its downstream steps. |
| Run till here | The current node and the connected steps leading into it. |
If your image is already right and only the motion needs changing, run the video step. Running the image and video together asks for both to be generated again.
A displayed output is a previous result. Changing its prompt, moving its card, or grouping it does not regenerate that result. Review the run scope and credit estimate before starting another generation.
A step says “No input provided” or “Blocked”
A step says “No input provided” or “Blocked”
Check the first failed node's saved prompt and connected inputs. A node can display an earlier image while its editable prompt is empty. If you want a new image, fill in that node's prompt before running the chain. If you only want to animate the existing image, use the video's Run button instead.
Blocked by an upstream node failure means a needed earlier step failed; the dependent step was not run. Fix the earlier input before retrying.
A rerun is another result
The same brief can produce a different composition. Here, running the selected Text + Image pair produced one new image without rerunning its downstream Set or edit.

Find an earlier result after reopening a flow
If earlier thumbnails disappear after reopening a flow, open Assets from Home in the same project. Search a phrase from the prompt; both versions above are still saved there.
