01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Creativly ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
02Service Description
Creativly is an AI-powered content creation platform that provides node-based workflows, AI generation capabilities, and professional editing tools. We offer three tiers:
- Demo SandboxFree tier with 4 daily generations using BYOK.
- BYOK Unlimited£20/month for unlimited generations with your API keys.
- Platform Credits£30/month with managed credit allocation.
03API Keys & Third-Party Services
When using BYOK plans, you are responsible for your own API keys from third-party providers (Replicate, FAL.ai, etc.). You agree to:
- Comply with the terms of service of third-party API providers
- Be solely responsible for costs incurred through your API usage
- Keep your API keys secure and confidential
- Monitor and manage your own API usage and billing
04User Content
You retain all rights to content you create using our Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
05Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Abuse, harass, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our Service
06Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
07Limitation of Liability
Creativly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to costs incurred through third-party API usage.
08Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
