# Find & reuse your assets Browse project media, find the right version, and bring it into your next creation. Source: https://www.creativly.ai/docs/assets/overview ![Actual Assets workspace showing All 24, source and media filters, and a grid of blue-cup images and videos from the same documentation project.](https://pub-60e30bed45514f03933d3900731bea31.r2.dev/public-app-sessions/v1/documentation/assets-workspace-80f9bb85751805a9.webp) One project, across its creative surfaces. Images and videos appear together in All. Choose your [project](https://www.creativly.ai/docs/sessions/projects), then open **Assets** in the left sidebar. This is the current project's media library—not a list of every file in your account. ## Find the right version Start with **All**, or choose a **Surface** such as Flow, Focused, Uploads or Agent. **Focused** means results from Image and Video sessions. Then narrow to **Image**, **Video** or **Audio**, and search for words from the prompt or a model name. ![Search for terracotta with Video selected, showing two orange-cup edits while the project totals remain All 24 and Video 6.](https://pub-60e30bed45514f03933d3900731bea31.r2.dev/public-app-sessions/v1/documentation/assets-filter-search-0037a04d1739eb50.webp) Video + “terracotta” finds two matching edits. The 6 beside Video is the project's video total, not the search-result count. **Sidebar numbers are project totals.** Filters and search narrow the grid; they do not recalculate those totals. Search uses saved text, not what the image looks like. To see everything again, clear the search and choose **All**. Switching to All alone does not clear your search. Scroll down for older work; on desktop, the top-right slider changes the number of columns. On mobile, tap the **panel icon beside the page title** to open filters and search. Choosing a filter closes the panel so you can browse the results. ## Open, inspect, download Click an asset to open its preview. Play a video, check the **model**, **aspect ratio** and **prompt**, then choose **Download** to save the media. The copy icon beside **Prompt Used** is for the text—not the file. ![An orange-cup video open in the asset preview with playback controls, Download, Gemini Omni model details, 16:9 ratio and the source-edit prompt.](https://pub-60e30bed45514f03933d3900731bea31.r2.dev/public-app-sessions/v1/documentation/assets-video-details-aabed43e61266784.webp) Check the actual result and its prompt before choosing which version to reuse. ## Bring it into your next prompt In an Image or Video Prompt Bar, choose **Ref → Select from assets…**, select the media, then choose **Select Assets**. Use **Upload file…** for a new input and wait for scanning to finish. ![Project asset picker with one blue-cup image checked, 1 selected, and the Select Assets confirmation button.](https://pub-60e30bed45514f03933d3900731bea31.r2.dev/public-app-sessions/v1/documentation/references-asset-picker-f817baf1ec690017.webp) Select an existing image once. It becomes a reference in your prompt; you do not need to upload it again. Type **@** and choose the attached item to explain exactly what to keep or change. [See reference chips in action →](https://www.creativly.ai/docs/sessions/references) ### Why is an asset missing? Check the selected project, clear the search, and choose All. The Agent filter includes media linked to this project; it is not a browser for every standalone Agent workspace. Documents such as PDF, DOCX and PPTX live in the [Agent workspace](https://www.creativly.ai/docs/agent/media-and-files), not these Image / Video / Audio filters. ### Are Favorites saved? The heart helps shortlist media while browsing this view. Favorites currently reset when you leave or reload Assets; do not use them as permanent bookmarks.
